How to sign up for a membership

  1. Visit the Church Law & Tax website and click Become a Member in the top right corner.

  2. Select whether you would like a Basic Membership or an Advantage Membership. You can read more here about the differences between the two plans.

  3. Enter your name and email to sign up. If you prefer, you can register using a Google or Facebook account instead instead of manually entering information. When you're finished, click Sign Up.

  4. Next, enter your payment information. Select either the credit card or PayPal options, and enter your information- all fields are required. Once you have entered your information, click Complete Purchase.

  5. You'll receive an email confirmation of your membership. Now you can return to https://www.churchlawandtax.com/ to log in and use your account!

Note: New accounts are not required to set a password upon account creation. And if you sign up through Google or Facebook no password will be required, since you are signing in through the other account.

If you did not sign up with Google or Facebook, the next time you try to sign in a 6 digit one time passcode will be sent to your email. You can either continue using this method to sign into your account, or you can set a password by going to My Account and clicking My Profile -> Click here to add a password. Once this is done, you will sign in using the password instead of a one time passcode each time.
