We will gladly accept returned items within sixty (60) days of purchase for a full refund. For books, CDs and DVDs, if you're not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, please fill out the contact us form. If you contact us within 30 days of the ship date you will receive a full refund to the credit card you used. If it is after that, discretion will be used by our customer support staff for refunds.
Please note, downloadable products such as an eBook or PDF, cannot be returned. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, we will gladly provide you with another downloadable product at an equal or lesser value. How to Return an Item
For prompt processing, please include a written explanation of why you are returning the product, your name and address, your account number, and the item number of the product you are returning. You will find the product item number on the packing slip. Or feel free to mail back the entire packing slip with your return. Our shipping address can be found below.
Damaged Good Returns
If you receive a damaged or defective product we sincerely apologize. Please contact us. Damaged or defective items can be substituted for a product of equal or lesser value, or you can be refunded for the purchase price of the product.
