Church Law & Tax Memberships
Due to the immediate availability of the downloadable content and digital library, Church Law & Tax subscription plans are typically non-refundable. However, if you contact us within 30 days of your subscription start date, we are happy to work with you on different options.
By default, ChurchLaw & Tax subscriptions are set to auto-renew 1 year after purchase. This can be toggled on/off in My Account. If this is toggled off, your subscription will expire on the renewal date, and your card will not be charged.

Digital Products
Downloadable products such as an eBook or PDF, cannot be returned. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, we will gladly provide you with another downloadable product at an equal or lesser value. Please contact us for more information by either clicking the chat button in the bottom right corner of your screen, or emailing us at support@churchlawandtax.com. Some restrictions may apply.
Physical Products
We have a 100% Guarantee for all of our resources. If you are not satisfied with your purchase (book, CD or DVD), or if it is damaged or defective, please contact our support team by either clicking the chat button in the bottom right corner of your screen, or emailing us at support@churchlawandtax.com.
We will gladly accept returned items within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund. If you contact us within 30 days of the ship date you will receive a full refund to the credit card you used. If it is after that, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Refunds will take 2-3 business days to reflect on your card.
How to Return an Item
For prompt processing, please include a written explanation of why you are returning the product, your name and address, your account number, and the item number of the product you are returning. You will find the product item number on the packing slip. Or feel free to mail back the entire packing slip with your return.
Damaged Good Returns
If you receive a damaged or defective product we sincerely apologize. Please contact us by either clicking the chat button in the bottom right corner of your screen, or emailing us at support@churchlawandtax.com. Damaged or defective items can be substituted for a product of equal or lesser value, or you can be refunded for the purchase price of the product.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible to pay return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or you received the incorrect product.
