What happens if my ApplePay or PayPal uses a different email than my preferred account email?

If you utilize ApplePay or PayPal when purchasing a resource or subscription and the email associated with your ApplePay or PayPal account is different than the account email you wish to use, the purchase or subscription will by default be associated with the email from your ApplePay or PayPal account.

In order to fix this, you can login with your ApplePay or PayPal email and change your email address in My Account. If you already have an existing email account with the email you wish to use, you may run into issues, so don't hesitate to contact us at support@gloo.us and we can quickly straighten out your account and purchases on our end to be associated with whatever email you wish.
